Gradually, Kachori itself became known as Bomb Kachori, which continues till today. Later, a shop was established in Itwariya market, then it also came to be known as Itwariya’s Kachori.
Sigdi is used to make Kachori, hence it is also called Kachori with Sigdi. Initially this Kachori was sold for 10 paise whereas today the price of Kachori is Rs 15 per piece. Badrilal’s three sons Rameshwar, Ashok and Mahesh are also doing business of Kachori made on Sigdi.
Ashoka tells that After boiling moong dal, Kachori masala is prepared by adding gram flour, Malvi red chili and home-made garam masala. Kachoris are prepared by frying them in groundnut oil on a medium flame. There is no special spice in it, just the love of Indoreis has made this Bomb Kachori special.
